    My skill and stlye of playing: Needless to say how busy our schedules are with work and school. Needless to say what your favorite sports are. To keep yourself in shape, you should always find time to go to the gym at lest a few times a week. After all cardiovascular training and weights training are the basic exercises for most sports. I am lucky enough to have a gym in the building where I work. It saves me a lot of time when I want to get a quick exercise. However, the facility at work does not provide me with a steam room or a sauna for an obvious reason. Therefore I join a gym near by, just in case I want to use the swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna or steam room for relaxation. I must say that I like the gyms in Thailand a lot. They are so nice, clean and luxurious. Where I work out, there is no meeting room or game room like the Waterford or an exclusive restaurant under the gym like the Polo Club. Come to think of it, you go to the gym to take off the calories why put on more. Right? I try to make it 4 times a week to the gym. My work out routines are the alternative of the cardiovascular training and weights training. On the day that I do the cardiovascular I would work on the small muscle groups which I neglected the day before as part of the cool down process. Everyone knows that you have to work on all the muscle groups, i.e. you can’t only work on the chest area without working on your back muscle group. But working on all the muscle groups every time you go to the gym is a bit too much and almost impossible. It will also discourage you from exercising. The method of alternating work out routines works out pretty well for me. I hope it works for you as well.
