Absence to thee I protest
Absence to thee I pray
Absence tis thee who keeps me strong
Tis thee who keeps me free
Absence to thee I will now speak
Of things I feel deep inside!
Some day we two shall meet
I know!
Some where some how
But it might not be til...
My hairs are grey and eyes grow old
But when we meet what words
What greetings will you greet me with
That is all I care!

From eternity
Today has cometh
From each minute and hour
And in to the night
The day does returneth
In to eternity

Turn around and take a look
Turn around don't be shy
Turn around and take a look
At me
Though not that good looking
Though not good with words
Though don't have the guts to walk out
Walk up to you and say some words
But always looking from a far
Today was different
I look right look left
I look high and look low
But to my surprise
Where have you go?
...
...
...
Til today I wait
Wait for a look
Of that familiar face
The face I had waited
To look my way
To look at this poor soul
Who is looking from far far away!

How many years how many tears have flown
How many tears how many years more
I sit here spring flowers fall flowing to the sea
Flowing flowing like tears flowing down my cheeks
Long nights awaked listening to the rain
Long nights the rooms all empty
Long nights and rooms all empty
Long nights I sit listening to the sound....
Falling falling the spring flowers fall
Here waiting....listening... the spring flowers falls!

University learning
University learning is about learning. It’s not as simple as learning whatever it is that is being taught in your everyday class though. It’s learning how to listen to others, how to speak your mind, and how to think. It’s about learning who you are, who your friends are, and the type of people that you want as friends. Learning how to trust your innermost feelings, and how to find those feelings in the first place. It’s learning what’s really important to you, and frankly what you don’t give a damn about.
University is about learning how to tolerate, how to accept, how to appreciate, and how to love. Learning how to give and share as well as how to receive, and how to trust that everything will even itself out on it’s own (you treat your friend to a meal one-day, and your friend will treat you the next time.) It’s about learning that your mom and dad actually do have the right answer to the problem; sometimes, and your siblings has grown up and they are not kids any more.
University is about learning how to treat people as people, and not as stereotypes. It’s learning that sometimes a kiss is not just a kiss, sometimes it means more, and sometimes less. Learning how to strive, how to achieve, how to accomplish, and how to succeed. It’s about learning how to not to come in first place and still be proud, and how to come in last and admitting that you could have done better.
University is about learning that loneliness doesn’t go away by just being in a crowd, and that it’s perfectly normal for you to stay in and be by yourself on a Friday or Saturday night. It’s learning that the group of people that you hang out with does not constitute your popularity or social status, and that popularity is just a matter of perspective. It’s learning that boredom is not that you don’t have anything to do, but just that it’s the laziness of the mind, and that watching 3 hours of TV. Is not quality relaxation time.
University is about learning how to pack a bag, how to pack a car, and how to pack a room full of way to much stuff. It’s learning that people probably like you a whole lot more than they will tell you, and that it’s your responsibility to make sure that your friends knows how much you appreciate them. It’s learning that simply doing what you’re supposed to do is not enough. You need to put forth twice as much as much in order to fully grasp whatever it is that is sitting in front of you. It’s learning how to make people happy and making them smile.
University is about learning how to miss people enough to not get stuck in the past, and how to miss them so much that it keep s you moving in to the future. Learning how to motivate yourself and others. Learning what the phrase “ make do” means, and how to make it seem as if you are not just making do. It’s about learning how to “ HI!” how to say “ I love you” and how to swear in all the different languages of all your friends, classmates, dorm-mates, and practically everybody that you know.
Well, what is university? University is about learning. Learning how to live.
Thoug h this is not a poem but it was something that I think I would like to share with others....
Why sit here and wonder
Why being down and out
Why cry here in the dark
Enough with these feelings
No more!
No more sadness
No more crying all alone
With no one by my side
No more of all these feelings
No more questions, no more tests
There comes a day, you say what for
No more!
No more riddles, no more jests
No more meaningless conversations
No more quests.
No more feelings
Time to shut the doors
Everything!
No more!
Running away, let’s do it
Far from the world
Far from the ties that binds
No more tears
No more worries
No more despairs
No more burdens to bear
Out there in the yonder
Running away
Run from this miserable world
But where are you going
Where did you have in mind
Have to take care
Unless you have a where
You’ll be wondering blind
Running away go to it
Escape from this troubled world
Escape from rights and wrongs
Run to the ends of the Earth
Run to where the sky meet the sea
But must beware out there in the yonder
Just more troubles
Just more cares
Just more tears
And more troubles
Different kind
Where are we to go
Where are we ever to go
Running away, get to it
Run away from society
Run away from the crowd
Just one thing to tell you
The farther you run
The more you feel undefined
For what you have left undone
And more, what you have left behind
Here is a poem that I just wrote today, hope that you like it!!!

They all laugh at me, when I said I would make it.
They all laugh at me…that's how people are
They told me I was going mad
They all laugh… but they will see
They all said we would never make it
They all said it was hello and good bye
But now that you came through
For me and you and we are together
Who has the last laugh now
