Euro/American men view Thai women as some form of easy to get
sex kitten. Is this true ? Recently, there was a special on
TV in which several Asian countries were visited .. hmm ..
I think it was the "planet hollywood special". I did notice
that when Thailand was visited, there were several prostitutes
being shown on the television. Also, you could see many

Is it true ? Is Thailand a place where it is so very easy

If this is so, Thailand would appear to be the land of Milk

- Hello Everyone,
First, before you write me off as just another sex-craving ignorant Westerner, let me say this: I am not here to try to find a wife or even a girlfriend, and I understand that this forum was not meant for that. I am here because I am curious and would like to gain a better understanding of Thai people and culture, and I hope that some of you reading this would like to engage in an informal exchange of ideas with me.
I am 33-year old originally Scandinavian male currently residing in Israel (my work takes me to many places). In my working environment I have met and have some Thai colleagues, from whom I have heard something about Thailand and Thai people. Another things I have learned from magazine articles and the Internet. I’m sick and tired of reading “farangs” expressing their stereotypical ideas about Thailand and Thai women in particular. Instead of any further aimless wondering in the cyberspace I want to get a more balanced view, and hope to get that in form of reply from caring Thai women.
Granted, one of the things, which I have learned from my Thai colleagues, are the nature and values of Thai women. And I have to admit that encouraged by that I have played with the idea of hoping to meet local ladies during my oncoming visit.
Unfortunately I have not had an opportunity to Visit Thailand yet, but hope to finally do that in early 2000 perhaps. In order to make the best of my visit, I would like to learn more about the country & the people.
