Ingredients
- 1 cup shelled and cleaned shrimp
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped lemongrass
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 2 tablespoon lemon or lime juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic salt
- 2 shallots or small red onion chopped
- 1 teaspoon chili powder or fresh chilli
- 1 tablespoon chopped green onion and chinese parsley
- mint leaves
- 1 lettuce
Cook'em!!
- Using aluminum foil, wrap the shrimp.
- Place on the burner and cook for 2 minutes on each side.
- When shrimp is cook unwrap and place in a bowl.
- Season with fish sauce, lemon juice, garlic salt and chili powder..... mix well
- Add lemongrass, chopped red onion, chopped green onion and chinese parley, toss lightly.
- Place mixture on serving plate, top with mints and decorate with lettuce
- Enjoy it!
Suggesstion: Shrimp can be cook on a grill or in sauce pan with little water. Dont over cook the shrimps.
