Panang Meat Balls

    Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 cup wheat flour
  • 1 cup coconut milk (if you are using can coconut milk dont forget it's not the same as fresh coconut milk so add a little water if you think it needed)
  • 1 tablespoons panang curry paste (if you cant find it use red curry paste for substitute)
  • 1 tablespoon fish sauce
  • 2 tablespoons roasted ground peanut
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • dash of sugar for taste
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Sweet basil leaves

    Cook'em!!

  • Shape the ground beef into 1 inch round balls and roll the meat balls in flour.
  • Fry until brown, keep rocking the pan to keep evenly round. set aside.
  • Use the leftover oil in the frying pan to brown the garlic and stir fry the curry paste in low heat.
  • Add coconut milk, stir together.
  • Add peanut, sugar, fish sauce, and meat balls.
  • Cook until the meat is done.
  • Taste and add if needed...the main ingredients that you will be adding if it's not right is fish sauce and sugar.
  • Before turn off the stove, sprinkle with sweet basil.
  • Serve with rice
