Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup wheat flour
- 1 cup coconut milk (if you are using can coconut milk dont
forget it's not the same as fresh coconut milk so add a little
water if you think it needed)
- 1 tablespoons panang curry paste (if you cant find it use
red curry paste for substitute)
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 2 tablespoons roasted ground peanut
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- dash of sugar for taste
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Sweet basil leaves
Cook'em!!
- Shape the ground beef into 1 inch round balls and roll the meat balls in flour.
- Fry until brown, keep rocking the pan to keep evenly round.
set aside.
- Use the leftover oil in the frying pan to brown the garlic
and stir fry the
curry paste in low heat.
- Add coconut milk, stir together.
- Add peanut, sugar, fish sauce, and meat balls.
- Cook until the meat is done.
- Taste and add if needed...the main ingredients that you
will be adding if it's not right is fish sauce and sugar.
- Before turn off the stove, sprinkle with sweet basil.
- Serve with rice
