Pad Khing---Chicken with Young Ginger

    Ingredients

  • 2 T cooking oil
  • 1/2 lb. Boneless chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 T Oyster sauce
  • 1/4 c fresh young ginger sliced
  • 1 t sugar
  • 1 T fish sauce
  • 2 Large clove garlic minced
  • 2 T green onion
  • 1/4 c mushroom sliced
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced
  • 1 carrot sliced
  • 1/2 onion sliced

    Cook'em!!

  • In pan, brown garlic with oil, then add ginger root, stir in chicken.
  • When chicken nearly cook add red bell pepper, carrot, onion, mushroom, stir well.
  • Add fish sauce, sugar, oyster sauce. When mixed well...and chicken is done...sprinkle with green onion.
