    Ingredients

    The meat part:

  • Beef...use the steak part..
  • White soysauce.. about 2 teaspoons

    For the Dip:

  • Dried pepper
  • Table spoon of uncook rice (could be sticky rice)
  • Fish sauce
  • Lemon juice
  • Red onion..if you cant find it use the big one but only the 1st,2nd,3rd layers of it.

    Preparation

  • Cut the beef in 1 cm. thick and soak it in the white soysauce for 1-2 hours

    Cook'em!!

  • First thing first....turn on the stove..put the pan on it...put 1 tablespoon of rice in the preheated pan *without* the oil! when you get it slightly brown remove from stove and grind it..
  • Get a big bowl..put all the ingredients for the dip including that grinded rice in the bowl..mix it well..tast it how u like it...the dip is done!
  • Now when the meat is ready..after been in the soysauce for 1 hour...grill it using medium heat....slightly cook or well done is your choice..then slice it in to a bite size pieces..
  • Serve with the hot dip that you just made. :)
