Pad Kra Prow Hoy

    Ingredients

  • 2 T cooking oil
  • 1/2 t red curry paste
  • 1 lb clams or mussels
  • 2 T fish sauce
  • 1 t sugar
  • 1 t minced garlic
  • basil leaves

    Cook'em!!

  • In large saucepan, heat oil on medium low, brown garlic.
  • Add curry paste, stir well.
  • Add clams or mussels, stir fast.
  • Add the seasoning: fish sauce and sugar
  • Cover and cook until the clams open and add basil leaves
  • Taste and add if needed.
  • Remove from stove, serve with rice
  • Enjoy it! Note: Dont let the clams cook too long after it opened
