I'm going
to koh Samed in the next 2 weeks.I will go with my boyfriend, but I have
no idea about which beach is the most romantic one in this island.I will
go for 3 days and come back with fun story, sure!

travelled to Ko Samed in 1986 and again in 1990. I'll go back in Febuary

Hi Anita!
Great page you`ve made here It was great to be "back" at Koh Samet. I
felt like I was back again at this beautiful island. Spend a week here
in februrary 99. I found my love one here :-). I`m going back in november
99 for spending my honeymoon, after been marriage in Bangkok the 27`th
of november.

Good to read
and see photos about Koh Samed. I was there last February and stayed in
a bungalow on Diamond Beach. What a wonderful place that is ! I just returned
from my seventh visit to Thailand, and 'am sorry to say that I did not
get to the south of Bangkok. (I did visit the North-East of Thailand and
'am very happy that I did.) I think that the people of Isarn are so very
warm-hearted and welcoming ! But..on my next visit I will take a bus and
a boat to Diamond Beach and, once again experience the great beauty of
my "favorite place in the sun !"

I am from
Canada and worked in Bangkok for six months, and visited Samed five times.
I love it because it's so beautiful, fun and close to Bangkok. I'm back
in freezing cold Canada now, and only have warm memories.

Good site.
No mention of the Diamond Bar with its excellent fire shows that you can
join in with, or the copious amounts of Sang Thip whisky that can be drunk.
Also watch out for the mad woman called "Suni" at the Gekko Bar in Au

I loved Samed
a lot. Usually, I will go to Samed Island at least one time in a year.
Now I missed it for 2 year but I still remember the wonderful thing at
Samed Island. If I have chance, I will go there again. I'm waiting for

I have been
there 2 times. First time in Feb. 1996 and second time in late Mar. 1997.
My first time was my friendship trip together with my close friend. We
had a great time there. Sleeping, Swimming, Singing, Walking, Playing
and Eating. My second time was my vacation after a busy & terrible days.
I also had a great time as usual, but not the same feeling as my first
one. Anyhow, I still love Samed a lot and wanna go there again if I have
a chance to do so. I love sea, sand, sun, sky, stars & beach a lot.

In
addition to exploring the island, we also had a great time sleeping on the
white sand beaches, and tackling the water sports. We all tried our hand
at wind surfing, but Putt was the only one that went somewhere with it.
Somewhere far, soooo far that we attempted a rescue by inner tube...(ehem,
attempted).
