Stir
fried
Sea shell (Hoy Pad Kra Prow)
Ingredients
- 2 T cooking oil
- 1/2 t red curry paste
- 1 lb clams or mussels
- 2 T fish sauce
- 1 t sugar
- 1 t minced garlic
- basil leaves
Cook'em!!
- In large saucepan, heat
oil on medium low, brown garlic.
- Add curry paste, stir well.
- Add clams or mussels, stir
fast.
- Add the seasoning: fish
sauce and sugar
- Cover and cook until the
clams open and add basil leaves
- Taste and add if needed.
- Remove from stove, serve
with rice
- Enjoy it! Note: Dont let
the clams cook too long after it opened
